The agglomerations are composed by »City Population« using barangays defined as urban by the 2000 census and other barangays with a high population density in 2015. Both criteria have shortcomings. A preselection of barangays was performed on municipal level. The definitions of urban barangays of 2007 and 2010 are not used because they lead to unfeasible results.
