Explanation: The economic regions as defined in July 2021 and the districts in 2025 boundaries. The 2019 figures refer to the de facto population count plus end-of-year estimates for Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh). Following Nagorno-Karabakh's capitulation in 2023, nearly its entire population fled. The number of Azeri people moving into the area is unknown but assumed to be low. The 2025 figures are calculated by »City Population« by using the de facto figures of 2019 and changes between the de jure figures of 2019 and 2025.
